Details + Policies
Booking Policy:
- All appointments require a credit card to hold for your appointment. This card will not be charged unless the cancellation policy applies. 
- Cancellation policy is 24-hour notice. 
- Anything after a 24-hour cancellation will be charged 50% of the service. 
- No-shows or 2-hour notice of cancellation prior to an appointment will be charged 100% of the service. 
- Waxing Clients if you are 5 mins or more late to your appointment you will have to reschedule and you will be charged 100% of service. 
- If you are a new client please have client registration and questionnaire filled out prior to appointment. 
- Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment. Treatment times cannot be extended. 
- Inform the Esthetician of any current changes to your health. 
Prior To Your Appointment:
- Do not exfoliate 1 week prior to your appointment and discontinue any use of AHA's, BHA's, Retinols, or any other form of exfoliating products. 
- Do not book a facial until 2 weeks after your last dermal filler and or injection. Lasering services might need a longer wait, please ask your Dermatologist about recovery time. 
- Do not come in sunburned. 
- Accutane has to be discontinued 6 months prior to any waxing or facial appointments. 
Terms & Conditions
- Skin Detail LLC and the Esthetician have the right to refuse service to anyone. 
- Skin Detail LLC and the Esthetician are not responsible for your personal belongings. 
- Returned merchandise must be returned in 30 days unopened with a receipt.
